Your Lumen Code

Every Light Bearer has a unique 6-character Lumen Code. This essential code is your personal identifier throughout the convention. It is printed on your official ID and has also been sent directly to your registered email address. This code is crucial for tracking your progress and accumulating Lumens for various activities.

The Solar Scale: Your Progress

• Tier 1: SIKLAB (Spark) – 1,000 Lumens: Journey ignited.

• Tier 2: ALAB (Blaze) – 5,000 Lumens: Community influencer.

• Tier 3: SINAG (Radiance) – 10,000+ Lumens: Beacon of Sustainable TD.

How to Earn Lumens

• Pre-Quest (Must be completed by May 23, 2026, submissions will be validated and Lumens will be granted on May 24, 2026)

  • The Digital Frame (200 Lumens): Update your profile picture on Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn using the official twibbonize frame. Caption your post to confirm your attendance at the national convention and tag #PSTDSinag2026. (Max points for posting on all three platforms.). • The Main Quest

  • At the end of every keynote and concurrent session, a QR Code will flash on the screen for 3 minutes

  • Action: Enter the Lumen code immediately and earn 200 Lumens

• The Side Quests - Earn Additional Lumens after completing the following Quests (visit the PSTD Booth and show proof to get the QR Code where you can enter your Lumen Code):

  • The Surgical Summary (500 Lumens): Post 3 bullet points of an insight from a Plenary Speaker to the PSTD Facebook Group https://www.facebook.com/groups/870703149164150

  • The Continuity Bet (500 Lumens): Post: "My sustainable leadership move for 2026 is [X]" and tag #PSTDSinag2026

  • The Radical Link (500 Lumens): Meet someone from a different industry, take a selfie, and post it with their industry (e.g., #ManufacturingMeetsTech).

  • The Booth Hopper (Up to 1000 Lumens): Visit our partners! Scan the QR code at sponsor booths to "charge" your passport. (Tech: 1500 | Platinum: 750 | Gold: 500 | Silver: 250 | Bronze: 100).

  • The Curious Mind (100 Lumens): Ask a surgical question during a session Q&A (QR Code will be shown by the Session Moderator).

  • The Author’s Insight (25 Lumens): Snap a photo during the PSTD Book Signing and post it on your Social Media accounts with the hashtag #PSTDSinag2026
